A rare example of a large ivory table baluster snuff mull mounted with silver hinge, scalloped rim and central plaque. Engraved with the crest of the Mackenzie Seaforths "Caberfeidh the antlered deers head" and the dedication "S McK to C McK" possibly a marriage gift.We have ongoing research into the provinance of the mull at this time and hope to update soon. The mull is damage free and measures 90mm 3.5 inches wide 64mm 2.5inches wide and is 68mm 2.75 inches high.
